I can understand your concern for the Alopecia universalis in yourself. There are multiple modalities of the treatment in your kind of cases. It requires a proper assessment by a dermatologist and then accordingly treatment to get eh best results.

I generally use topical and oral steroids along with immunomodulator drugs to get the best results. The dose and the concentration of each product are to be judged by the dermatologist. I suggest you to be in good follow up of a dermatologist to get the earliest improvement.
