Alopecia could be related to number of reasons like
nutritional deficiency
genetic based
exposure to sunlight or chemicals
infection like fungal or tenia capitis infection

at very young age it can be controlled very easily by correcting underlying cause for it
if you can upload me complete history with work culture and dietary habits I will be able to help you better
