Suggest Treatment For Alzheimer's Disease

my mother has Alzheimers and has a urinary infection diagnosed yesterday. She was given antibiotics but she has been delusional for days now. How long will it take for the antibiotics to take affect and make her calmer because she is totally deluded and wont sleep at night?
