hello ,respected sir .i am doctor too (mbbs)i have my relative pt .she is 31 yrs old suffering from amenorrhea 6 months,galactorrhea,visual defect,hormonal disoder prolactin inc.mri shows not any sellar mass,no pituitary adenoma so pls le me know wt to do

i appreciate your health concerns
based upon the history it appear to be a pituitary tumor. in my opinion you should meet NEUROSURGEON so that it can be dealt properly. do involve INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGIST too so any arterial embolization can be tried..
