Suggest Treatment For Amenorrhea

hi...i havent had a period for over 2 years..ive taken the depo and ive stopped this..am desperate for a period and nothn is happening now...my doctor says its just stress..but i no its not tht..please can you help me in some way to start a period off..am getting depressed coz i dont have them
