General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I am sorry but there is no cure or treatment for Premature ovarian failure (POF).

There is a possibility that you could still get pregnant with treatment to induce ovulation.
This has to be assessed by a fertility specialist and obstetrician.

-freezing the eggs, if possible can help with pregnancy later on.
If you plan on having kids, the sooner the better..

If there is no good quality eggs or you don't get pregnant, donor eggs may be considered. This has to be decided by you and your future partner. You may also want to discuss this issue prior to marriage to prevent discord and resentment afterward.

I can imagine your concern and understand them.
Please seek help ASAP.
Hope things work out for you.
Wish you good health. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with
I find this answer helpful
