Suggest Treatment For An Ailment In The Veins

i thought i was in my vein or perhaps i was but i didn t loosen the turnaquit, it was also a large quant of fluid and i injected in the in the center of the Y looking vein area other side of elbow. now its not, swollen and numb, what can i do to help this heal?

The blood and fluid has oozed out in the sub cutaneous tissues due to the sustained proximal tourniquet application.Wait and watch.It will subside in a few days.
