Suggest Treatment For An Enlarged Spleen
I have an enlarged spleen 17cm , normal cbc . I had a tick bite with bulls eye rash 3 years ago treated with 7 days Clindamycin . But also have family history of father having Hodgkins and mother with Multiple Myloma ,I m worried , do you think this is justified ?

You are having enlarged spleen,in US sound examination.
Just palpate and see ,able to notice splenomegaly .
Do smear for malaria and blood peripheral smear study and morphology.
This will give clear idea for splenomegaly.
