Suggest Treatment For An Eye Infection

My 10 year old daughter ran a fever for two days, then had bloodshot eyes, no energy, headache, took her to the doctor ande they are treating her for pink eye. No more fever after the two days, but she still has really red eyes, and her headache has returned. Should I take her to an eye doctor or is there something else that this could be?
