Suggest Treatment For An Inactive Brain

Doctor ,My brain activity becomes very difficult ,can't think properly ,shallow thought etc my face goes black respiration is very shallow when exposed to any organic or inorganic human odors difficult to breathe in a room full of people or bus ,sits by window always or stands,,no respiratory panic or distress as such simply acts like drugged,face blackens ,--reduced oxygenation of blood?.Any treatment?
