Suggest Treatment For An Indentation In Buttock Muscle

I have an unexplainrd blue bruidsed lump on my upper right thigh. A few minths ago I got a shot of medication from a docotor in my buttox muscle.now I have a crater in my buttix withno muscle thats sensitive and had two red dots in it. Are these things related? They are sore. What should I do?
