Suggest Treatment For An Indentation In Leg

i have an indentation in my left shin horizontaly that has appeared for no reason

age 40 female im 5 6 inch weight eleven stone im a hairdresser also enjoy running i also have a condition called small fibre noropathy that effects my body all over allthough im not dibetic and do take medication for this also i9m ten weeks into giving up smoking my gums have been bleeding sice i stopped smokin g i have horrible taste in m outh also have felt vreally tired had sum bloods done which all came back fine apart from my white blood cell count was high indicating an infection but i have not had any in fection that im aware
