Suggest Treatment For An Infection On The Penis

On the right side of my penis, there is a very sensitive spot, where I believe was cut poorly when I was circumcised. This spot tends to produce dry, smelly puss after some time. A couple days ago, it was badly bruised through rough masturbation. Hours later, I took a shower, and it hurt. The next day it was sore, but I masturbated again. The next morning there was a covering of puss over it, but it was not leaking. Can you help me...

Hello,

Avoid sex or masturbation for a couple of days to prevent re-occurrence of the symptoms. Wear loose fitting cotton clothes, take care of your hygiene. Apply Neosporin ointment on the area affected. You can use ointment like silverex or soframycin to prevent dryness on the penis. You can take a course of oral antibiotics like, Amoxicillin or Flagyl for faster healing. If you are sexually active with multiple partners, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP & get STD tests done to stay on the safer side.
