Suggest Treatment For An Infection On The Vagina

I tore my vagina during sex not the entrance of it but inside my lips. Now two days later I have an aggravating itch and when I wipe it s a lite pink color on the tissue my pee is still yellow but I m also peeing out little pink substances it looks like it can be pieces of skin but I know it s not from my tear. Could this be a bacteria infection or something worse?
