Suggest Treatment For An Infection On The Vagina

hi my outer vagina section? feels irratated and im not sure if it could be an std. I noticed it start to hurt and i was using really cheap toilet paper. it wasnt to bad but now its pretty sore and i hve now ghone back to soft toilet paper for a few days but its still sore and sore to touch, lube help. Also my urine is a little orangy and im pregrnant i dont drink heaps during the day is this just a case of drink more water and try not to irratae it or could it be something else? it doesnt burn o itch but sore when i touch it i have no smeely discharge either
