Suggest Treatment For An Infection On The Vagina

I have about 3 bumps on the outside of the vagina lips ( on the skin) like by my inner thy. i noticed them about 5 days ago, so i was messing with them and i ended "popping" them and white stuff came out, like stuff that comes out of a pimple or a zit when you pop those. are those genital warts or ingrown hairs?? * i do get Brazilian waxes and i shave. PLEASE HELP!
