Suggest Treatment For An Injury On The Finger

Hi i am female n my age is 26 physically challenged.. i dont wear shoe and walk at home,i normally crawl.and two weeks back while moving my left wrist slipped n my ring finger was pulled by strong thread.. it was painful after that n i went unconscious, we went to a doc after 4days.. we took an x-ray n he said theres no damage in the bones. he said it looks like damage in the muscle or tissue inside n so he prescribed me some tablets n oinment. it isnt cured yet, and still painful. i cant move or bend that finger. it pains when i try to move it. and im getting extremely worried n scared cos its been two weeks n no cure yet.
