Suggest Treatment For An Injury On The Leg Caused By A Fall?

I fell about five feet yesterday and landed flat on my feet on a hard surface. Rite after i could walk but about an hour later i couldn't put any weight on either foot. Today i still can't. it doesn't hurt when i stand on the front of my foot though..... I don't have insurence so i don't want to go to the e.r. if i don't have to. What should i do??
