Suggest Treatment For An Irregular Heart Rate

i get irregular heartbeat frequently when standing or walking but it disappears altogether when I sit down. Heart checks all clear, slight MVP but stress tests etc fine. The irregularity is much worse in the hour or so after a meal but only if I move around. It feels as if pressure is affecting heart muscle. Where can the pressure be from and how can I remedy it?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to tell you that heartbeat generally changes according to your physical activity, emotional stress etcetera which may require further evaluation to avoid any life-threatening episode.

Kindly get an ECG, Echocardiography, and Holter (ambulatory ECG) to evaluate heart rhythm disorder and consult a cardiologist personally for a physical evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap
