Suggest Treatment For An Ovarian Cyst

Good day Sir. i have a symptoms of having an ovarian cyst for almost 10 years ago. im doing ultrasound and check up for 2 times and take pills and prescribe drugs what the doctor gave to me., and until now my ovarian cyst are still alive.. what advice you can give to me since i still suffer in my abdominal pain until now? ang that can cause hindrance in my work . please help me to get away in these type of symptoms. Hello dear
I understand your concern
Simple ovarian cyst should be differentiated by the PCOS after reproductive hormone analysis.
Ovarian cyst cause abdominal pain, pain during menstruation and irregular menstruation.
If ovarian cyst should be less than 4 cm then medicine like
Birth control pill and progesterone pill will help in regression of ovarian cyst.
But after taking these medicine
Tablet ibuprofen for the pain.
If after taking this tablet still symptoms will be remain then
Ovarian cyst > 4 cm should be removed by laparoscopic surgery
