Suggest Treatment For An Ovarian Cyst

Hello; I had surgery about a month ago, for an ovarian cyst. They did the laparoscopic method so it would be a quick recovery. Like I said its been about a month but my navel is starting to smell really bad. I shower every day and every morning I'll get some kind of dark substance that is harden around it which smells really bad. Is it an infection?
