Hi , i m 22 years old , married and not having kids . i m having polycystic ovaries syndrome , i ve done ultrasound they told me that in my right ovary i have hyperechoic mass or cyst volume 9,8 mm and anechogenic cyst volume 14,7 mm , now i started having pain every day in my right ovary after walkin or doing something and started to got toilet often. is it possible for me to become pregnant ?? what can be hyperechogenic cyst or mass ??? and anechogenic cyst??? PCOD is the leading cause of infertility with age. But you are too young as it doesn’t affect much in the younger age group. So there are many chances of conceiving . some Ovarian cysts hyperechoic and some can be echogenic. These are just the types of ovarian cysts, there is nothing serious about it. If you are taking any medication for PCOD then I suggest you continue with it and moreover, you should modify your lifestyle. You should avoid eating junk foods and oily foods. Should take plenty of fluids, and exercise on a daily basis.
