Suggest Treatment For Anal Bleeding Due To Fissure And Piles

Dear sir,bleeding is coming from anus last 60 days and consulated gastro, Dr suggested sitcom forte,diltiazam oinment and free go powder finally sitz bath,Dr has mentioned, I had anal fissure and 1 stage of piles, after tried 60 days still blood is coming finally now lot of small cuts around my anus, now only noticed blood is coming from anus cuts, kindly do needfull already undergone surgery bcoz of accident in my hand 6 0 days before.
