Suggest Treatment For Anechoic Cysts

I am 26 years old and I have "a few anechoic cysts in endometrium" as per the scan measuring up to 0.3cm in diameter. "There is no focal vascularity or discrete endometrial nodule". Is it common in women ? Will this cyst go away after some time or will it require any medication?
