Suggest Treatment For Anemia

My Mother aged 48+ has suffered in anemia, and he take iron capsules but still she did not any recovery. Doctor prescribed for exam of the details and found normal but, the problem is same and hemoglobin is apprx. 9.2 .. and

her symptoms are - she feels tension, two legs are soaling, brain tension, and very important thing is blood pressure is 90/60 every time.

and please help me ....

and another thing is he operation of Gall Bladder stone before 1 year.

Doctor advice for exam of the details are as follows -

Kidney Test - OK

Thiroid Test (TSH)- OK

Cortisol Test - OK

Ferritin Test - Ok

ECG Test - Ok

finnaly doctor said due to old age happen this ...

Help me sir... Please...

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your mother is suffering from anemia. But its not due to iron deficiency. She should go for peripheral smear examination and anemia profile. Find out the cause first and then take treatment accordingly.
