Suggest Treatment For Ankle And Foot Pain

My ankle/foot hurt like crazy when i woke up at six thirty. I'm an avid soccer player so i'm used to the morning after a game soreness but this was 10x worse. I stayed home from school and my mom scheduled an appointment with an orthopedist. Its now noon and my leg no longer hurts.
