Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain After Child Birth

After pregnancy when i walk more specially in winters, i feel pain in my ankle. This is experienced when i start walking after sitting for long. Please suggest what can be the problem and can it be treated by some exercise or having calcium or some other vitamin tablets. Thanks !
