Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain Caused After An Injury

Yesterday I was coming down a flight of stairs and almost fell down 5 stairs and caught my fall but my ankle went a different direction that my body and I was fine all day yesterday and most of today until late this evening when I started having pain in my ankle

If there is a bruise ,swelling and unbearable pain while standing on toes then you need to go to ER for an Xray. If not you can take tablet diclofenac sodium 50 1xPOxSOS, voltral emulgel topical×BD and use crepe bange or ankle brace. For swelling keep the ankle hidh from body. Take rest and avoid unusual stress on ankle.
