Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain

hello sir, this is rajkapoor i am undergoing a serious issue with my ankle left foot. its my 18 day in the suffering i cannot walk nor fold my legs its swelling like hell. i took to body massage parlours Ayurvedic and evn to hospital before 4 days and they took xray of the foot but did not find any fracture, they say its muscle tissue broken. i dont know what to do and i am dying with pain. pls help.
