Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain

I'm 13 my height is 161 and my ankle hurts at the joint there.my friend was playing soccer with me and I got the ball and he wanted to take me down so he kick my ankle repeatedly and the next day my ankle hurts when I walk and I jump it hurts even more.but I can walk slowly.it isn't swollen or bruised.pls help I got soccer camp tomorrow
