Suggest Treatment For Ankle Swelling And Knee Pain?

Hi doc, I have had terrible swollen ankle that has now come up to my knees [right] i am 44years old and about 5ft11 i weight 105 and have been fighting hard to drop my weight but cant do much cos of the ankle and knee pains i have been on 20mil steriod but just went of it and injection on my knees too.
