Suggest Treatment For Ankylosing Spondylitis

I have a relative w/ankylosing spondylitis. His spine is turning into a tree, he likes to say.

I wonder if anitbiotic therapy might work for him. I suffer from RA and I have been taking Minocycline

for about 5 years now with very little complaint or pain. Can you recommend something that will help. Thank ;you.
