Suggest Treatment For Ankylosing Spondylitis

Hi,I have been diagnosed with AS recently.I am 31 now.It took around 13 years to detect the disease.In the report it's showing HLAB 27-" not found".But my doctor says it is AS.If I HLAB 27 not found means it's negative then is there any possiblity of getting complete cure?
