Suggest Treatment For Ankylosing Spondylosis With Whole Body Pain

i am 32 years old female. I have one year old baby. I am suffring from ankyologing Spondelysis. It was detected 2 years back. during the pregnency my thyroid problem was detected. I am taking thyronorm 0.75 cmg. From loast two or three days , I feel breathlessness and pain in hole body . I feel mobality problem in my wrist joints and finger joints also. Could you advice me please , What is the problem and to whome i should contact for the cure.
