Suggest Treatment For Ankylosing Spondylosis

I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylosis recently, and I'm just beginning to understand it. Are there any cures for it, or any trials being done for this disease? Sorry, I'm a low income senior, and someone got into my direect Express account (where my social security goes) and I don't have any money presently in that account.
Maybe I'll check back when I get some money.
