Suggest Treatment For Annular Bulge At C6 And C7

I have been in an accident and an MRI scan revealed a mild annular bulge around C6 & C7 disc. I do not have the report with me now but am getting a lot of ear and neck amd arm painalso pain ibto my fingers. I have been given anti inflammatory medication and have gone to physio but it is still very painful. My doctor did not seem to think that it was serious and said I was 'lucky' .what do you think? jane
