Suggest Treatment For Anorexia And Type 1 Diabetes
My sister was just sent to the ICU in Colorado after she was found passed out. She has SEVERE anorexia and type 1 diabetes. She is also vegan and runs every AM about 8 miles. She is on a pump for her diabetes, and is now in a semi conscious state at a hospital in Frisco CO. Her liver enzymes are very high (no # from the doc) HELP!

Sorry to hear about her condition.
Without full reports its always difficult to comment, but it seems she has multiple problems, her high liver enzymes are a part of it. First thing that docs there might have ruled out is different causes of diabetic coma.
Once she is out of this problems, am hopeful we can help her out with anorexia, there are many ways out.
