Suggest Treatment For Anorexia Binge/purge Subtype?

I am 18 and have been suffering from Anorexia binge/purge susubtype. I ve had a really bad week or two with big binge/purges everyday. Over the weekend I had extreme nausea, which I felt had settled a bit today but am feeling really light headed and my heart beat feels a bit weird but I can t pick what it is. I was wandering if I should make an emergent appointment with my gp or have an ECG or is that just being over paranoid?

Please meet with your GP. If you increase your binge purge cycle, you are at risk of lowered potassium levels and dehydration. This in turn will affect your heart and caus palpitations and in extreme cases, death. It is important you make an urgent appointment with your GP.
