Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My name is Amanda Alhabal, I am 16 year old American citizen. Here s my story... I was 14 when I got my first period, six months after that I saw a blood stain the size of a penny, 6 months later I was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa, a year later (I was still anorexic) I was given Prozac and another hormone stabilizer and got my period for about 3 or 4 consecutive months, It has not been 5 months and a half and I have not gotten my period.. It s so frustrating because no body knows what s wrong with me.. I am not underweight or obese. I am 5 5 and weigh 148 pounds. What is wrong with me?? My parents keep on blaming me for becomming anorexic and messing up my body.. I am too scared to mention it again because they won t react reasonably.. Is it true that I may not be capable of getting pregnent in the future? Thank you, Amanda Alhabbal
