Suggest Treatment For Anorexia

hi....a colleague that I work with is so thin and has all the symptons of anorexia.I dont know what to do as I feel if I say something I may lose her friendship but I see her fading away,,,Could you give me any advice as I dont want to see her getting very sick,,,Iam so worried about her but dont know where to turn

Her weight and age? There are many ways to increase appetite. But first of all we need to find out why appetite is low.
Either it may be due to physical problem like hormonal disturbance and may be due to psychological like stress.
you should tell her for your concern as you care for her about her health.Low weight/BMI sometime can cause serious problem.
So first reach to conclusion for the same after consulting the doctor after convincing her.
Exercises may help her. Many appetizer syrup like of cyproheptadine also available which you can use. So please consult your doctor for evaluation and treatment.
Differential diagnosis hyperthyroidism,depression, Anorexia nervosa that I Guess and you can discuss with doctor.
