Suggest Treatment For Anosmia

Hi there, My name is Daniela and about 3 weeks ago I woke up in the middle of the night, went to the toilet when blood pressure dropped and in seconds I fainted and hit my head on the tile floor of my bathroom. I have done the MRI and Cat Scan which fortunately had a normal result but I just noticed since a week ago that I lost completely my sense of smell and I am really worried about that not come back anymore. Is there anything that I can do ? Any Treatment ? Any medicine ? I am from the Gold Coast. Thank you in advance ! Daniela
