Suggest Treatment For Anterior And Posterior Hip Dislocation

I have a patient with anterior and posterior hhip dislocation. ORIF on 1/22/14. he is currently in a subacute rehab with only toe touch weight bearing for another 7 weeks. How long should I expect that Ins should pay for the subacute rehab. In addition, and unrelated to the NYS workers comp injury of fx hip, he was diagnoised with multiple myeloma-several lesions in the fractured hip. I am an RN case manager and am tryinmg to figure a reasonable amount of time for insurance to continue payuing for the in-pateint rehab. I do not wanmt to risk poppong out of the socket because he was released hjome too early.
