Suggest Treatment For Anterior Horn Cell Disease

My Father is Suffering from Anterior Horn Cell, It was detected 2 years back and e reached out every possible hospital and were replied that there is no treatment, Jaslok Dr suggeted Rilutrol which we get from Sun Pharma, and also we are giving him Ayurdevic medicines, is there any surgery which can help or any specialised treatment on this, please reply, beb for your expert comment
