Suggest Treatment For Anteverted Uterus
hi,i am 39 years old and my uterus is midline an anteverrted, it is bulky in size 116mm ,54mm,70mm the myometrial echotexture is heterogenous,there are 2 fibroids , the right ovary is 29 mm,24mm,23mm,left ovary is 17mm,42mm,18mm. what is the best treatment ?

Your ultrasound finding suggests uterus is enlarged in size,anteverted in position and there are two fibroids in the uterus.
Anteverted is also a normal position of uterus.It doesn't require any treatment.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus and its treatment depend upon many things like age,symptoms,family is completed or not.
Fibroid can be managed by conservative means or by surgery.
It need proper evaluation.
Both ovary size are normal.
