Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Along With Bi-polar Disorder

I have been on zanex 1 mgat night for sleep and anxiety during the day if needed. It s been 20 years. Every time a doc would try and take me off and replace it with Seroquel or like that I have a bad reaction and wind up comfortably back on zanex. Now he wants to try trazadone 25 mg to start and take it with the 1mg zanex, I am scared to take the both. I tried once months ago and I got up during the night to go to the bathroom and I almost fell down the stairs with dizziness and feeling like I was drunk. so I am perplexed as to what to do. My doc is only in one day a week and you can t call because he s busy. And he does get inpatient when you question things, but down deep he s a good psychiatrist. I have bi-polar disorder and I take lithium also. I might just stay up for a couple of nights and hope for the zanex to work again. thanx.
