Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Anger

I have recently been going threw so much and past history of anxiety and anger management problems. I haven't spoke to a.doctor in awhile. My question is I recently got a dog and he's the only thing to having me calm down and become normal. The only thing is nobody will accept him. What do I do? YYYY@YYYY

I think, in that case, you should try to convince your family member. If they can understand your condition, then they will allow you to keep dog at home. You can also take help of your psychologist in this case. Dog can become part of your therapy and this way, you can keep him at home.
