Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Depression

Hello My son has been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. His depression was never severe but anxiety has become quite debilitating, but it his accompanying physical symptoms that worry me. He is 19 and it is a major challenge to get him to see a medical doctor although he has seen psychiatrists and counsellors etc and is under medication for depression from the doctor. His trouble began around 3 years ago and he also started complaining of ringing noises and could not stand loudness or high pitches. At his crisis point about a year ago he said his vision was very poor - grainy, tunneled with everything coming in on him. His surroundings seemed very large and very small. He walks very slowly and has more recently started a tongue twitch and rolling eyes and head. We are continuing just trying to help him with his mental state - which is improving. What does it all mean?
