Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Hypotension
My wife had hypotension(low blood pressure).she also suffers from anxiety attacks and PTSD which is under control.her Dr.just prescribed klonodine(not klonopine)to her.has he misprescribed a med that is for high blood pressure and not low blood pressure?

Noted the history about your wife having multiple problems of anxiety, PTSD under control, hypotension, worried about Klonopine and Klonodine.
Well, you have confirm this with your Doctor and the Pharmacist about hte medicines as they only know why as the Doctor has examined her and known the exact problem, it is possible there may be a reason or possibility of misspelling.
As for the low blood pressure the causes should be sought after which can be due to many factors and needs detailed clinical history, examination and supportive investigations.
Tuberculosis and such chronic disease.
Misuse of steroids in larger doses for a long time.
Deficiency of many vitamins, mineral and trace elements.
Adrenocotical insufficiency.
sedentary life with less intake and low weight.
Once the cause is found the treatment of the causative agent will recover most of the problems one gets.
Keep the record of blood pressure on daily basis.
