I'm a 19 year old male, and i started back at college on monday. I struggled to sleep sunday evening and didn't get to sleep until around 2:30am. This seems to have triggered huge anxiety and stress, feeling ill etc. I have almost permanently been feeling this since going to bed sunday evening. I struggled with this a lot when I was in primary school, but for some reason it has started again - first when I started college in october and now. Mentally I feel horrible, physically ill, and I'm now questioning weather I actually want to continue at college, but it is costing both me and my parents a lot of money.
