Why are there no doctors who will continue my previous doctors prescribed meds. I am on carbamazepine 200mg b.i.d.---alprazolam 2mg b.i.d.----risperidone 3mg b.i.d... Every Doctor I go to tries to change my 2mg alprazolam to klonopin 0.5 mg... Not only does this medication not work for me,but when I try to explain that the alprazolam is the only thing that helps my anxiety,i get treated like im a junkie or something.. I have been on these meds a long time and without them i have horrible panic attacks... Any suggestions so that i can get my required meds without being treated like a drug addict.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if you want to come out the panic attack, and anxiety then you can do this even without the need of medicines and that would be even much better than the medicines, only thing you need to do is low down the stress, control your thoughts, be positive, confidence, try some exercise, yoga, meditation, trust your self, if you do this everything would be fine soon, take care.
